Download a third-party server file such as Forge or MCPC+. Run it once, shut it down, copy over /coremods/, /mods/, and /config/ from your pixelmon folder in /.technic/ Run the server. Done. It really can't be any easier.

Mother of god, this thread is bewildering. CookedMeat, this forum is by nature snarky, ribald, and sarcastic. I'd rather have Xycraft added than Railcraft, since RC's only real use is for tanks and the Steam power system isn't properly balanced against the mods currently in TekkitMain. That, or hold out for powercrystals or somebody to make a multiblock tank mod.

If that's the case, the question really should be why not? What is your goal on the server?: To seek the Holy Grail.

Frankly I don't see how just downloading something can make your computer take longer to do things. Unless you're using "lag" to mean "the download sure is taking awhile", in which case you're using the wrong word

I think if you lag significantly while just installing the modpack that you might not have a computer capable of playing it.
