He posted an entirely valid set of words (called a paragraph, which you clearly have a very loose grasp of) that demonstrated the point he was making. The "venomous hatred" is you picking this one dude to try and vilify in a discussion that has no relation whatsoever to women's rights or anything like that. Also, that you think we're being "weirdly aggressive" is absolutely adorable. Clearly you do not spend much time at all on these forums. E: Also, the rule is against being sexist on the forums. That means provably saying things that are sexist, not posting sexist things on completely different sites. And before you argue that Brigadon's post was sexually motivated, please keep in mind that since he didn't write anything that was sexist, the only way that you could know if it was sexist would be if you are Brigadon.

Unless he's posting about it here on the Technic forums, it's both irrelevant to the discussion at hand and not my fucking problem. I wasn't aware that it was the Technic staff's duty to ensure everyone who posts on these forums be perfectly politically correct. I also wasn't aware that someone's legitimately polite and utterly reasonable post should always be ignored because some ~internet sleuths~ have deduced he's not a whimpering doormat for the typical SJW. Also I'm pretty sure Brigadon's not ever posted anything you find ~objectionable~ here on the Technic forums, because he has enough intelligence to realize that that stuff doesn't belong here.

You seem oddly defensive and conciliatory. Nobody aside from one dude who was promptly banned has done anything except disagree (with varying degrees of civility) to your stance that Attack of the B-Team is a sub-par modpack. I seem to recall folks around the time Hexxit was released claiming the same thing, that the modpack was somehow inferior in design to Tekkit despite having a wildly different intent behind the whole thing - open-world adventuring vs. tech-tree industrial automation. You keep bouncing between viewpoints here and I'm not sure if you're being "genuine and real" about your dislike of B-team. Either way, nobody has once said you had to like the modpack, just that they disagree with you and that it's no skin off their backs if you choose to play something else. Lastly, this is an open discussion forum. You don't get to decide who posts in a thread or what they can post in response to you. Do you honestly expect people to just ignore an opinion they disagree with? I know you're young and clearly less experienced with life than I, despite our similar ages, but that isn't at all how life works.

In reading over this thread, I have come to the conclusion that FPS Furry does not, in fact, want people to discuss the varying merits of B-team but rather wants a soapy hugbox of people agreeing with him, with the occasional poorly-worded strawman argument or personal attack for the Yes-Men to utterly dismantle. Honestly, there's really nothing wrong with thinking the modpack is boring. You're entitled to your opinions, and it's fine to not enjoy the modpack. Saying Technic as a whole has jumped the shark is a bit strong, and doing literally nothing but complaining about what you don't like in the pack while refusing to offer actually constructive criticism is just silly. Personally, I love the concept behind B-team. A big damn box of awesome toys alongside enough tech-tree automation to scratch that particular itch is a great idea and is something I applaud.

Get the fuck out. If all you have to contribute to the discussion is needless personal attacks, you can fuck right the hell off back to 4chan. FPS Furry: It's cool if you don't like the modpack, but there's no reason to be upset. Go have a drink, listen to some music, and play something that you're actually going to enjoy playing.

This is the wrong place to ask for support, go post your crash report in the mod's thread on MCF.

The /mods/ folder can only contain .zip and .jar files. If you need to inject something into the minecraft.jar, you need to put the files in /bin/modpack.jar Also make sure you're downloading the mods for the right version - this is the second time we've hit the 1.x.x series.

Sounds like the modpacks you're downloading were made incorrectly. Try contacting the authors and telling them to stop being bad at modpacks.
