Probably not since 1.1.5 is the latest Tekkit version. 1.5.2 is the Minecraft version the Tekkit 1.1.5 uses.

You can add any mod you like to Minecraft. Tekkit is simply a Modpack (group of mods) The biggest issues with making mod packs is working through Item ID conflicts and making sure everything plays nice together. There was a forum somewhere that I remember a guy named Luke made a nice post about how to make your own packs, if I can find it again will post the link for you. Check your server config and make sure they are allowed? Seems like I remember seeing something that would prevent people from using them.

Internet is down...Server isn't running....Moon is out of Phase...Ducks aren't cooperating. With all this information I don't even know where to start!

In my experience with Crashes and Minecraft, if the world get's corrupted from a crash while open, you have two options. 1 - Find a save and restore the save 2- Start a new world. Not much that I am aware of as far as fixing a corrupted world.

Some worked, some didn't, like weir said, I don't get what makes one work or not and I'd rather spend time playing! Upgrades are the way to go unless you just want a sewer for every square of animals yes. Also, I should note, the farms I run my fertilizers on are 1x1 squares for trees. A large 20x20 farm will eat it up as fast as you can feed it basically. http://imgur.com/uVfYWH0 This is how I have my tree farm set up for my BioReactors.

I have 1 sewer with diamond range upgrade, and 20ish cows. It feeds two composters, and 3 fertilisers. Granted I'm not fertilizing large fields, but I have a large surplus.

Diamonds are worthless to me, I have over 1k sitting in my network with nothing to use them for. And honestly, it's easier to just set up a couple extra quarries for any resources then managing Rich Slag etc. I have a full Server Drive array of 64k Drives, so Dust or Ingots, doesn't really matter to me, if I need more space I will just make more. As for having to wait, I keep a stock of ingots at the ready, so unless I request a really large order, it still get's crafted instantly, and while I go off and use whatever it was I just made, my network is smelting more ingots for the next time.
