the only reason, that I can think of, you can't delete the .technic folder is because you have the launcher opened. It happens on any software, if you tried to delete files from a program that is opened and running, it will give an error. Close the launcher window and login window, then try to delete the folder and restart the launcher. If that fails, post a report with details (your operating system, java version) on the Tracker with your issue so we can more thoroughly help you.

posting links to a game site is okay. http://www.no-mans-sky.com/ folks have talked about this game here before, but not much can be discussed when no more information or gameplay videos has been revealed yet. I'm personally a bit sceptic about the whole "infinite" universe thing. There's always a limit on a game...

scroll down until you see the blue words "The Moderating Team", click on it and a list of lovely candidates will appear. Choose one with a red title and send him a PM. another alternative is contacting admins on technic irc. It can be found by googling "technic irc".
