  1. Also, never ever add the IP address to server.properites
  2. Well you appear to have a corrupt chunk, depending on whats actually supposed to be in that chunk it could be the cause of your problems, certainly it won't be helping 2012-08-25 18:13:37 [iNFO] Attempted to place a tile entity (net.minecraft.server.TileEntityFurnace@1b527543) at -66,71,139 (AIR) where there was no entity tile! Get MCedit and clean up that chunk then see what happens
  3. You haven't actually told us whats not working... is it that you can't teleport it, or something else?
  4. Well you have way more than 40 glass cables without any storage in between and, a lot of very low output generators. Glass cable still has losses, add some storage devices every 40 blocks or so and see what happens
  5. I doubt you'd come out ahead but why not make a closed system to find out? Both Oil fabs and Refineries take crazy amounts of power. You would probably be better powering the refinery from the combustion engines once they are running too.
  6. You get losses on glass cable after 40 blocks, drop an appropriate storage device on the chain somewhere in the middle to stop that, if it's MV then an MFU
  7. How long are the runs between the MV transformer and the LV transformers that give trouble? It sounds like you've got loss going on somewhere and so your LV transformers aren't getting enough power
  8. Are you trying to corner while on high speed rails?
  9. libmawt.so is trying to open libcups.so.2, it's complaining that libcpus.so.2 isn't there so libmawt.so can't open it. I don't know why anything in tekkit would require cups since cups is for printing mostly but try installing cups or work out what package on your linux distro supplies libcups.so.2
  10. You may also want to look at combining your solar panels into solar arrays, it'll save a ton of space and make wiring much easier, possibly saving you some loss there too
  11. I actually like the challenge of building self sustaining combustion engine systems that don't explode, but I still put them in a reinforced bunker How far away is this quarry from your power? Power teleport pipes have loss over distance, you need to edit the additionalpipes.cfg file and change one of the settings from 0.995 to 1 to disable loss
  12. Energy links are a constant drain (no matter if the BC power is used or not). The best you can do is throw some transformers between your MFSU and energy link and run it at low voltage
  13. Once they are on the login servers aren't used. Only when you press the login button to the login servers get queried
  14. Login servers have been up and down the last few days, likely it was just that
  15. Doesn't connect how? Is it facing the wrong way when you place it (in which case try using a wrench) or something else? What if you try and connect it with conductive pipes instead? Also, SMP Tekkit doesn't have mo'creatures
  16. Yes, I know how much a geothermal generator produces, but compared to HV solar arrays or a reactor 20 EU/t is nothing. Since the critical information here is something you've only just told us, that there is only one block of cable involved. How were we supposed to know that losses aren't an issue? Perhaps a picture of the setup would help us work out whats wrong
  17. You may also want to define your issues a little better. For example you say NEI "stopped working"... how? Just doesn't appear anymore, crashes the client when you use it.. what? Also, solar arrays/panels don't have "outputs", they can output fomr all sides except the top, so why would you expect the wrench to do anything? And yes, item ID's change between major versions so aren't compatible witht he same map unless you match them all up manually
  18. If you don't have a batbox then it's almost certain that you're losing all your power in the cables. You can only go 4 cables with copper before you lose 1 EU. Your generators won't be putting out much more than that. Add some batboxes
  19. Uhh.. SMP is multiplayer... with a server.
  20. What are you connecting it too and with what wires?
  21. it turns loss over distance off for power teleport pipes
  22. Check the /buildcraft/config/additionalpipes.cfg and make sure powerloss=1, not 0.995 which was/is the default
  23. So, you seem to have some odd characters coming up (the [m's) but nothing actually looks broken really, it's complaining about missing whitelist.txt and banned*.txt files but that's normal on a first run. The No MLprops lines you're seeing now are normal, at least I have them in my server log from a fully working server. What exactly is wrong now? You don't have the same java errors you were getting when you started this thread. Can you connect tot he server etc now
  24. Post a clean server log to pastebin or give us the whole, exact error message.
  25. This happens when you run multiple worlds, remove the additional worlds and/or multiverse and everything will restore
