If you're using Hamachi, no need to port forward. But if you don't use Hamachi (As you should be doing), then: You have to forward port 25565 to your PC in your router settings. Router configs differ, but it's probably somewhere under "NAT".

I actually meant that you have to make playlists, not necessarily with specific programs.

If that was the problem, java wouldn't mention that it was unable to access the jar file. OP, check if the correct path to the Tekkit jar is specified in the launch.bat file.

An Android device, or a basic MP3 player or a cheap Samsung Galaxy or something. Apple stuff is horribly overpriced. If you just want to play music, then go for the Sandisk Sansa Clip+. You can insert Micro SD cards into it, and the thing will play almost any format, even FLAC and APE. Only problem is that you have to use Winamp or foobar2000 to create playlists, unless your music files are properly tagged by Artist, Album or whatever.

Personally, I use the "Stylish" addon and centre YouTube myself. Or you could download one of the user styles out there which do the same.

Use Tekkit 3.1.2. But if you really want to use 3.1.3... I think NEI is a .jar mod, so install a newer version of NEI into modpack.jar.

RailCraft has some weird undocumented stuff. Such as Stolen Presents and Gift Carts. I have no idea what they are.

Use Tekkit 3.1.2, 3.1.3 has quite a lot of bugs. IC2 recipes aren't compatible and advanced machines crash the server.

Go into your ComputerCraft config and set turtle_fakeplayer_method from perturtle to one. Then make sure the [ComputerCraft] fake player doesn't have permission to do stuff in protected areas. Also, if you use Factions, then make sure [ComputerCraft] is not in the exceptions list.

Well, theprolo was right. We actually do get "I can't post in bugs section" twice per second. Look for "Submit a bug report" right above the thread list in the bug report and post this stuff there. This is pretty weird, I'm going to try and reproduce this as soon as I know which version you're running.

Now that I think about, the two major problems with Multiplayer back then was that inventories were clientside and health didn't work at all. This caused you to be able to toss your near-broken pickaxe on the ground, pick it back up and it would be repaired. Also, any sane person disabled monsters because no one liked being stalked by countless skeletons and zombies you can't kill and they can't kill you. Boats and Minecarts were incredibly screwy because they couldn't get damage either.
