Only slightly worse than the second title, Going Commando.

Yeah. Player One is Ratchet, while Player Two is basically a Mecha-Clank knockoff built to have the physique of Ratchet combined with the head of Clank. But we just both played as Ratchets - Player Two's suits are of a slightly different color than Player One's, which can be refreshing. Edit: By that I mean that Player Two can manually select Ratchet, but his gladiator suits (The ones you acquire as you gain gladiatorial rank) have a different color scheme to them in order to always differentiate the two I guess.

I didn't like the quack-o-ray too much - I enjoyed more the direct damage weapons and the satisfaction of explosions ripping across the screen. I liked Deadlocked for the co-op at any rate; I played it with my brother until we maxed out every weapon, acquired every skill point, and got 100% completion for a samurai suit (Which honestly was pointless, as we had completed the game 100%). Although I do adore the cynical butler character more than any other.

Oh wow, hearing the mention of their names I remember the Stars Wars: Battlefront(s) 1 and 2. I played those and nothing else for at least a month and a half each. Also, the Ratchet and Clank games were awesome. All of them, although my favorite was Deadlocked. I don't count the newest one as a legitimate part of the series (It's too spin-offy).

So tell me, what is the best free roam game other than GTA or JC2

Nothing against bards, per se, just that they're the only real fellow adventurers I've met. Traders, snobby nobles, Thalmor, Soldiers, those I have met but they are not adventurers. Bards are, but the ones I meet tend to be poorly armed and armored, so I must wonder if I will find fellow adventurers of my caliber outside of the ones I beat up in the Bannered Mare. -
Is he a follower of yours? I somehow miraculously acquired two myself, for Guthix knows what reason. If nothing else, be flattered. ...Or turn him into the first of your ever-growing army of brainwashed zombies and take over the world! Muahahahahaa!! ...Or, just be flattered.

And I would be its self-proclaimed master, reading every thread three or four times out of love for the Elder Scrolls games. My favorite Elder Scrolls game is probably Oblivion simply because you could generally just wander, find quests, and get interesting things to do. Plus the Shivering Isles were badass - although I almost always chose Dementia; I can't stand too much bright. With Skyrim I always get the feeling of "I've been here before." It's hard to simply wander in most of Skyrim because there are just so many fuzzucking mountains! They look nice, don't get me wrong, but they really hinder that wanderlust when you either have to break immersion by jumping side to side up a mountain or somehow finding a path to the top. Also there is nothing happening - unless you're right there doing it. If I'm wandering along the icy coast up in the north, everything's so quiet and calm until I arrive and everything falls apart. It's so rare to see monsters - or other humanoids - battling one another (With the exception of mage duels) that I feel very much like I'm the only adventurer out and about, period. If I could meet friendly humanoids (Besides bards) adventuring, exploring, or something, then it'd be a much more immersive game. -
Try hosting a private server and playing with people you like? They generally act less like assholes, especially if you see them on a day-to-day basis. I prefer SMP because I host a server which my friends and little brother play on with me - building a 'city/empire/something with people living in it' with a focus on the mods included in Tekkit is very fun (The sewers were, thankfully, relatively easy to build and expand as needed).

Just gonna pass this under the table... Just a friendly suggestion. Anyways OP, either your computer can't take Sphax BDcraft 128x (Try the 64x version), or it's an issue unrelated to the texture pack itself. Is this your first time running the game? What are you running, exactly? Tekkit: Post a bug report here Technic: Post one here instead Be as detailed as possible in your bug reports You should get more help - more willingly - from insane or insanely bored people who choose to help folks with technical issues all day. No pun intended. >_>
-
Just read these, Double-K. Then post a bug here, but before you hit that post button, read these again. Then reread your post and reread these. Make sure your post isn't in idiot, so few of us are fluent in it that it requires translators and ultimately divides the community. Also read this and reread this again. Light gray = Links to click and to help you! Post a Bug Report is on the top of the Tekkit Bug Board! Above everything else! Stickies can be found above all the others with a little red pin symbol! Read those too! (I, unfortunately speak idiot, so in case it's easiest for you to read it, there you go)

Mhmm. My argument wasn't that you weren't, but quite the opposite. However if it were to become a real internet meme (Trillion to one chance at best), we'd probably all be so sick of it that it'd join the trash we sweep out the door on sight.
-
It's been used as both, they're both the same thing.
-
It's not an internet meme, it's a Technic Pack inside joke. If we beat it into the ground, used Jorcer's avatar with Hacker Viking on it as the only things in our posts (Like some forums allow people to use memes as their whole post, I mean), and it spread to other sites and people across the internet actually began to use it commonly like troll faces and what-have-you, then it'd be an internet meme.

Slowpoke (Feed the Beast creator) on the Technic pack

I think improving relations with the modders and whatnot is definitely in everyone's interests. But if the modders feel strongly enough about removing their mod from the pack, then they can come and request it. We won't bite their heads off - everyone who loves having their mod in the Technic Modpack will try to convince them to do otherwise - but their wishes in the end would be respected. This has been stated before, and if any of the modders you personally talk to still don't know this, then you could easily inform them and point them to the various threads on our forums where it has been stated (Which I won't cite, because I'm lazy. They're really not that hard to find.). To me, this is the only solution that is realistic for everyone. The modders (I assume) are adults, and so are (I assume) the Technic Team. The end users (Of both the Technic Pack and the individual mods) may or may not all be, which is why some don't make an effort to educate themselves. Those who aren't (Or simply choose to be ignorant) generally follow the example of whomever creates (Or in Technic Pack's case, puts together) the content they enjoy. If the modders and the Technic Pack team make a show of being mature and, while maybe not working together, at least respecting one another, acting like adults, then the majority of end users would (Eventually) follow. That being said, these problems aren't going to go away quickly. And I doubt they'll ever disappear fully. However, that is the first logical step in my mind that allows modders some degree of control and what respect they desire, and doesn't have an immediate effect that largely hits the end-user. -

Yeah... Me neither. I only saw three of CovertJaguar's posts, and those were in the very beginning. Call me lazy, but I simply don't care enough about it to read all of that for one or two posts. If someone isn't lazy and does find it, I'd appreciate you posting the quote here I guess. -
Anyways, back on-topic (ish?), it could also be seen not as a dick-waving contest, but a test of humility for certain members of our community.

The only thing about this that has the potential to frustrate me (And that's saying a lot. A lot of stuff pisses me off.) is that this sort of attitude will never help the Minecraft modding community or indeed the Minecraft community in general. Keeping too many 'rights' and preventing any and all user input on your work (Or someone else's work they are a fan of, in most cases) doesn't help the modders' or the community's creativity and ability to create good mods. It stifles it, and hurts the community as a whole. If a new modder to create a great, completely revolutionary mod sees this sort of attitude in the community, he or she may turn away and never create it. If a new modder has an idea to add to any of these mods and sees this attitude or gets it from the modmakers, then that add-on, that little creative tidbit to make it actually better will be lost forever, and we'll never know it. This attitude stifles creativity and ruins co-operation, all of which are necessary for a healthy community as well as a happier end-user. -
I don't see why you were warned. You were talking to me I'm assuming. But thanks, I really like it too. I wanted to use a different, better one, but it was too big and if I shrunk it down to <50kb it wouldn't look right. Anyways,if you were indeed talking to me, I'd pm a mod or admin and have the warning point(s) removed. Edit: For those unaware, I changed my avatar yesterday (I believe shortly before Xylord posted), so that's why I believe he was speaking to me.

I see a lot of 7-10's. Really? Are you THAT good? 10 is like, the god of Tekkit in the form of a man, to whom nobody can compare.

What is your favorite thing to do on Saturday?

I'd use them on a campus for young women looking to become nuclear engineers, personally. They might actually find them funny and cute, rather than go, "What? I don't get it." -

Well, I don't 'fap,' not since I was a prepubescent boy. But anyways, since my cross country season has officially started I'll be getting up at 4 or 5 in the morning and going to cross country meets every morning, followed by driving home again and playing dead when people want to see me. -
I think he may have been joking about the autoban script. I would never want one on this site for two reasons: The one you pointed out; too broad and innocent, articulate folks would be hurt too No more fun from idiots posting threads then getting pissy when they're told that they're idiots
-
You might wanna read this (Clicky) then, since it's a stickied thread with a solution to your problem (Psst, it's your antivirus). Also, if Tekkit is having the problems, and you know this, why post the bug in the wrong section? There is a Tekkit Bug Board, separate from all the others, for a reason.

Why not just save up the $5 you were going to use for the whitelisted server, then save more, and more, until you have enough to buy Minecraft?
