Technic Launcher: Modpack

I am not sure how long ago my problem started but it has prevented me from playing any modded minecraft of any sort, which has led my to the technic forums in search of help. First off when ever modpacks are downloaded they are fine. They issue is when opening it. I can't get it to open, I have tried pretty much everyone's suggested idea and no sort of success. When I open it, the minecraft launcher opens up and a black screen appears, after that the minecraft launcher just says, "not responding" every single time I do it. This happens for every modpack,(Tekkit, Tekkit Lite, Realm of Mianite, Voltz; just some examples) or any minecraft mod launcher of the sorts, to compare FTB. Another thing to mention is that they are no crash notes it just dies and I don't know why.  Please a quick response is needed.  THANK YOU!

logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window.
If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs
