LFOD1836
This means no powering the Quarry with nuclear or solar power, this is not acceptable. :(

LFOD1836
I think I found it.. http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=5789 Now lets see if I can get it working.
LFOD1836
Ok so I finally got it going with the MV solar panel hooked up to the adjustable electric engine with glass cable, then to the quarry with the wood HV power pipe on the engine and then run to the quarry with stone conductive pipe from there. leave some room in case you blow up some pipe from over powering the engine. I have mine running at 75 EU/t to 30 MJ/t, and man does that baby fly!!!
Seanbeag
So is it acceptable to you now? I'm sure there's a sigh of relief going throughout the Tekkit dev community.
Exarch42
Excellent Screenshot LFOD. Works fine.
Logan Rusling
I admire your knowledge for these mods. I feel like a lost puppy.
Maxis010
But this means no oil and lava fabs, or water strainers, and those strainers were AWESOME when extracting oil from the sea EDIT: If anyone can find an easy way to bring it back please tell me, it will need to be simple as I can mod minecraft but most of the people on my server can't
Michael101
I put Power Converters in my tekkit. I just make sure my brother and nephews have it also.
Maxis010
I put Power Converters in my tekkit. I just make sure my brother and nephews have it also. How? It's not a simple drag and drop as it causes Lite to gray screen
SemiPr0
NM phased pipes do work, just ignore the pneumatic generator entirely.
Hashmed
How? It's not a simple drag and drop as it causes Lite to gray screen I would also welcome an explanation on how this was achieved. I've been trying to get the mod to work but I still keep getting errors
SemiPr0
You really don't need the Energy Link unless you're trying to preserve a Tekkit Classic world.
Hashmed
The main reason I'm trying to get power converters running is for the oil fab, the lava fab, and the water strainers
Teraku
You need to install Power Converters, let it crash once to generate a config, and then edit the Power Converters block ID's in the config.
Hashmed
To the OP: If you add power converters change the ID in the config file to 4088. That's a free one that worked for me
RutibexRut
You should try my PLUS Block map, it has all the mods you like (including Power Converters!) and a convenient shop system that you can use to trade resources for Diamonds and use those Diamonds towards top tier mod items. It's also a Technic Launcher custom pack: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/plus-block-way-better-than-feed-the-beast.35019/
