Technic Pack launcher slow to launch any mod pack

Hi I have a launcher problem. When I click play on any mod pack these file names flash by but stops at random files and takes about 10 - 20 minutes to load this specific file. As a result I don't play Technic much (but would love to play more.) I assume that this is not normal. I have tried to delete and re download the launcher, but that made no difference.

 

Any help is appreciated!

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. once it opens it plays just fine.
