You can download SLF4J bindings from the project download page. You need to put any of these .jar files into the modpack.jar, or fetch yourself the latest mc forge universal, I hope that fixes it

Remove Pam's harvestcraft. See if it is fixed. If yes, add it again, make it crash and pastebin the crash log. also pastebin the latest.log found in your modpack folder
