I do not normally get a chance to log on till at least 9pm most nights, but on my off days I can be on during the day some. I can speak Spanish to some degree, but am by no means fluent. What do you want to do on this server (Everyone should have a shop): Ideally just get an idea of what others are doing and have fun.
