Can't load any mod packs.

So I wanted to play the Super Modded Survival mod pack from Captainsparklez's youtube series. I installed the modpack just fine and then I installed 64 bit java in order to allocate more ram to the game. I ended up allocating 7 gigs to the game (I have 8) and it still won't load the mod pack so I figured it was just the modpack and so I tried to load another modpack and none of the other packs work

1) NEVER give that much RAM like 7GB. You're not giving your own PC any working memory, a modpack only needs about 1-3 GB. Running a server is a different story, but you never stated you run a server.

 

2) Captainsparklez is a custom pack. Contact the modpack creator for help

 

3) if none of Technic packs work (Tekkit, Hexxit, AotBt) then make a proper report on the Tracker
