I don't believe EE2 is updated for MC 1.4.6.
@SemiPr0 the launcher doesn't touch anything serverside. It's your job to do whatever has to be done on that end. The custom ZIP feature is just for users who are trying to get on those servers.
The permissions system in the included build of FE is still very immature. A full stable release of FE is scheduled for tomorrow so I would look forward to that.
No. The beauty of BukkitForge is its the opposite of ForgeBukkit. ForgeBukkit implemented Forge INTO Bukkit which required mods to be ported over. BukkitForge implements Bukkit into Forge. This means no porting of mods.
There are several new projects bringing Bukkit to Forge. The most promising one being BukkitForge. Just because ForgeBukkit is dead doesn't mean all the other projects are.
This goes to show how horribly misinformed you are. Sengir never asked to have his mod removed before putting in his anti-technic code. He doesn't even deny this himself.
Its ForgeEssentialsa permissions system. Just go into the ForgeEssentials folder and set the permissions to allow block interactions for the default usergroup.
