  1. This isn't the tracker, but OK (They're about to start cracking down on this, so if you're another person reading this use the tracker!) You need to remove the oven at -884,66,81. If you can't get to it in game, you'll have to use something like MCEdit to remove it. Be careful what you put in those ovens in future, it'll only cook vanilla minecraft food right now.
  2. Did you try it and did it help? It's trying to reference the entity of you on the world map rather than the space station, which is something I've seen morph do before (it leaves a half-entity behind sometimes that you can't interact with but can see when players teleport, this might be what the overworld is trying to tick which is causing this crash). I hadn't realized it could happen when you weren't morphed, but I'd like to rule it out anyway.
  3. It's likely to be an issue with the graphics drivers based on that snippet (though it's not much) so make sure they're all the way up to date. Other than that I second what Kr0nz says
  4. I've got to be honest, I do miss the pump too I can see why they did it (now I have to bother with an oil extractor, and if I want nether lava I have to actually risk going down there and dropping my tank in when I pick it up if I put it too close, but I still miss it. I'd prefer extra utilities for this to buildcraft, that way water can still be pumped with the MFR aqueous accumulator, lava can be pumped with the EU enderthermic pump, and other special things (like springwater or oil) require special equipment to pick up. Enhanced portals only seems to have an issue with morph - without that I've been fine. I'm not sure mystcraft+morph would be any better as I'm not sure where that bug is (I'm guessing morph though). Thaumcraft does add a second line of magic alongside witchery, tools and weapons alongside tinkers and helpers (like golems) alongside minions and project|red but I see what you mean, while it extends witchery it's kind of an alternative path for everything else.
  5. Did you remove the project|red mod files after resetting? If so, you can't do that, reset again If you didn't do that, can you post a launcher log on the tracker then? (it should show what's being loaded or failing to load)
  6. jawsnpaws, remove the oven that's malfunctioning (I can't tell you where it is, you didn't give that part of the report). It'll have had something uncookable put in it (it can only cook vanilla minecraft food). Jetthief and Andrew, try updating java and removing older versions using this Oracle tool. Eyeboss, please post logs on the tracker (links can be found in my sig), it seems you're not alone in that. Were you using necromancy or anything else you think might have triggered it?
  7. Weird then, can you post up a launcher log please? (link is in my sig)
  8. I agree with Thaumcraft from a gameplay perspective, but disagree from a 'making the mod too heavy for even more people to run' perspective Buildcraft has been mostly replaced so I disagree completely - what did you miss in particular from buildcraft? (I may be able to tell you what to use instead)
  9. Try removing the morph mod temporarily (once you get back in you can log out again and put the mod back, it should be fine)? I've seen this before with portals and I'm wondering if this is the same thing. Are you using portals or rocket, and are you morphed right now?
  10. Please post what you can about this up on the tracker so the devs are more likely to see it, guys There's links in my sig to help with all of that, logs will be really useful.
  11. The default settings for B-Team in the launch.bat should work ok, make sure you've got enough disk space wherever it's installed but other than that it shouldn't run into any problems (unless you have a low amount of total ram on the host). To connect to your own machine if that's where you're running your server, use the ip address 127.0.0.1 rather than the Hamachi one. If it connected fine through hamachi before in normal minecraft then leave it alone - that means that part is set up correctly! If your server still doesn't seem to be starting up then please post the logs for the server on the tracker - it has its own log which you'll find in the server folder. Useful guides for that can be found by following links in my sig. To avoid trouble, start by downloading the B-Team server files, then extracting them somewhere clean and new. If you get the 'creating world' messages, then it should be working.
  12. Sure - if you're in singleplayer the safest way is to move your world folder out of saves to make a backup, make a new world, then copy the old world data into it. It should just work if you try to open up the world in the new version, but backup first. In multiplayer, set up the new server the same way, then copy the world data back in from the old server. Morph's keybindings use the minecraft key sets (which it in turn gets from lwjgl). You can find a list of them here; http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Key_codes
  13. You probably don't have enough RAM assigned, but it's hard to say from that info. If turning up the allocated memory in the launcher (little cog in the top right, turn it up to anywhere from 1.5GB to 3GB) doesn't fix it then please post a log on the tracker (links are in my sig).
  14. Can you post up the latest launcher log please?
  15. Start by resetting your mod pack (click the little cog on the left under the attack of the b-team menu option) and we'll go from there, this isn't a common error. If it's still a problem after that, please post on the tracker with logs (there's guides for that linked in my sig).
  16. If you tell us which versions it says you're missing, I'll be able to tell you what the problem is. The most likely thing is that you're running a different version of the B-Team to the server, but who's running what I can't say from the info you've given.
  17. Cool, can you post this on the bug tracker so the devs are more likely to see it, please? (Guidelines are linked in my sig)
  18. It's an oven, it's probably got some faulty items in it (it can only cook vanilla minecraft items by default). Remove the oven at 295,64,285 and it should be fine.
  19. Please get a crash log and post it to the tracker, and we'll take a look (links in my sig)
  20. I can think of a couple of exciting, and surprising experiences; The first one was when I was trying to build my coven, I'd collected a bunch of "potions of the grotesque" to hand off to a witch I'd met (the only one I'd found at that point), and was going through my inventory to find them. The weather was terrible, and I'd flown my broom into a biome where it seemed especially dark at nighttime. The storm seemed to get louder, and louder. "That's odd.." I thought to myself, and I glanced out the windows of the witches hut. Nothing.. Hm. I went back to my inventory. The noise continued to get louder. "What the hell?" I said to myself, bemused, and strolled like an idiot straight out the front door to have a proper look. I got to see the tornado coming over the back of the house a fraction of a second before it picked me up and threw me. Threw me hard. Morph was off because of some issues I'd had with portals, so in my human form the idea of the impending ground was a real concern. Fortunately, as I went up I clipped the eaves on the side of the hut, and ended up getting thrown sideways along the ground into a hole with a small cave at one end. I crawled into the hole and probably whimpered a bit. I hid there for a while. When I came out, I did have the presence of mind to take a screenshot (this was my first tornado experience!) as it drifted off over the ocean, but I never saw that witch again. The second one was earlier in the b-team, morph was on but the server had only been up a few days, if that. I'd opened up my base near the spawn to newcomers so people could use things like the smeltery and tool forges to make their getting started a little easier. I was making alumite, carefully picking out the appropriate mixture, when out of nowhere I started getting hurt! I panicked, closed the inventory and pulled out my sword. A Zombie got in! Damn players, they need to learn to close doors behind them. That could've been a creeper! I went for it. It was surprisingly tough, fought back like hell, but I got it. Loader has killed <nameredacted> Wait, what? <nameredacted>: Why did u kill me?!!! I was fightin a bat Oh.. Ooooh.... So it turns out someone had seen a bat when going to use the smeltery, and not looking a gift-horse in the mouth, attacked it to get the morph (that bat would be me). Me, seeing myself getting attacked by a zombie (ah, the beauty of automatically switching to taken forms) responded exactly how anyone could be expected to. That was my first B-Team kill, the unfortunate result of mutual confusion. I turned the auto-form switch off after that.
  21. Yeah, careful with that - anywhere you get a TE conduit type power next to galacticraft wires can cause odd multiplication errors. What seems to happen is if you have say a wire down the middle with two conduits coming off, the conduits will take all the power from the wire... each (doubling the output). This example is a compact version of that bug. It can cause impossible numbers and overflows which might mean you have to delete a bunch of blocks with MCedit (sometimes it can wrap around and draw all the power out of the system too, rather than generating infinite). I've never had it corrupt chunks, so it's not that bad, but still I'd advise keeping TE generation away from GC wires if you can help it at all. If you want infinite power, the MFR steam turbine uses only water to generate power the same speed as a dynamo (so a lot slower than this bug, but a lot safer ) Edit: Didn't mean to sound unimpressed Davhero, that's a very clever and compact design to take advantage of this
  22. Try removing the 32-bit java version you have too (you can put it back later and it should be fine, this should force the launcher to detect the 64-bit version though and it'll remember that).
  23. Excellent I've seen a few similar to this so you may have helped them too. Do you know if you wrote that in yourself or if a program did it for you?
  24. You've definitely removed version 1.6? Sometimes it'll just use that if it's there regardless of if 1.7 is installed. Can you post another log up?
  25. Right, the error will probably be different though - it shouldn't give that error if you've got 2GB allocated. Please post up another crashlog on the tracker (link is in my sig).
