    The file that you downloaded from here -> http://www.technicpack.net/download. That's the "icon". Drag it to desktop

    Please read the >Forums Rules, what you are doing is called bumping and is frowned by moderators. Use Bug Reports if you are having a bug with the launcher or modpack.

    What problem are you having? Just drag the launcher icon to the desktop. Copy the world file from %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> modpacks -> [your modpack name] -> save and paste it somewhere else to keep it as backup in case your world somehow got corrupted. Please read the >Forum Rules, you're showing that you haven't done that yet.

    Wrong place for this. Crafting Dead is a custom modpack and all support requests should be directed at its creator. Technic did not create that modpack.

    This belongs in Bug Reports. In Technic launcher, as it is a launcher error if it fails to download a Technic modpack

    grabBlocks=true is, I hope, you meant? Still wished someone who knows about config files where and how to configurate what blocks a tornado can grab. I want it to be dangerous, but still have a strong base to hide in
