I don't remember the fix for this. Perhaps someone else knows. I'm gonna let the fact that you took someone elses bug report slide, since ashton is long gone and didn't have the decency to reply back.

    topics posted on the Technic Launcher Bug Reports has to be about packs made by Technic team, or the launcher not properly launching packs. Your issue is neither of those. Moved to Server Op Swap Shop

    Hexxit and Tekxit is not the same thing. One is an official pack from Technic and the other is a custom made by the community. I have never heard a sauron voice in my Hexxit playthrough so this is most likely an added mod that the modpack dev put in Tekxit.
