Does the same happen in singleplayer? Try downloading another server and testing on that, without adding MCPC, then try copying the world into that new server.

I use 7zip. It wouldn't even open - thought it was empty(The file size said otherwise...) How about a backup Dropbox link to see if that works

Tekkit Classic is for Minecraft 1.2.5, and has Bukkit(Can use plugins such as Essentials). Tekkit Lite is for Minecraft 1.4.7, and has no Bukkit, but does have more and better updated mods. As for your second question, I suggest you read the forum rules.

Every time I try to download that, it comes up as an empty .zip folder... I think it kinda stops installing halfway through. I've tried downloading in Chrome and Internet Explorer, same result.

The general fact is that it's a server pack. If anyone complains, you just need to remove the link from the public and find a way, such as PMing members of your server, to make it so it's not public. Then it's completely legit. Anyone complaining, it's obviously true because if private server packs were actually disallowed, nobody would play Mo' Creatures in multiplayer, because they wouldn't be able to set it up. It would be pointless having SMP for it if you didn't allow anyone to play it.

Not sure about opening it up entirely - that's just asking for it to get greifed completely. I would probably go on the anarchy server, but I'm not sure about it if it's a public one. Too many random people on an anarchy server sounds like it could end really badly...
