Nope. You obviously have no idea how the custom modpacks work, so you may want to go check that out.
You probably have no idea what the mod select button actually did either. It was used to enable and disable the mods from the modpacks, for example disabling Industrialcraft in Tekkit.
Wpieter, you're not understanding it right. The button was for a feature that has been completely removed. There is no way to "Fix" this because there is nothing to fix. There is no way to get it back either.
Oh, you mean that. You got three or more warning points on the forums(I think that's the number). You have to wait a month until they wear off, and not do anything stupid until then to get more warning points.
I'm guessing it means that nobody else will be able to make ender chests which can connect to yours - you have your own private network, sorta like teleport pipes.
Make sure everything is spelled correctly. If you've migrated to a mojang account, you sometimes need to delete the LastLogin file in the .techniclauncher folder - but I'm not sure this is the problem that solves. Check that you can actually log into normal minecraft, too.
You also need to have bought Minecraft.

Oh, hang on. I misread your post. The energy collectors part confused me - I thought you could see them but not make them.
EE2 has been removed, and replaced with EE3 which currently has very little in it, since it's in really early beta. You can make minium stones, but Collectors and condensers have been removed.
Looks like you messed up when changing IDs - one of the CC blocks has an ID of 4102. The limit is 4095.
I would recommend going for a number in the 2000s.
Use an AND gate. place a redstone torch on one input side, wire from the lever on a second, and a separate wire from the pressure plate on the third input. Leave the lever on to keep the alarm set to on, and turn it off to disable the alarm.

Not much of a loss really - you only see the good parts of it when it's shown off. Most of GregTech is actually removing features of other mods, and it has comparatively little content compared to the content it removes.
