You're confusing "Useful" with "Cheaty". Nobody has a problem with the fact that they were useful, Vincent, they just have a problem with the way that it basically meant free stuff. Useful? Yes. Spawning stuff in for free? Pretty much, yes. Once it's set up, they really did make stuff for free, and you can't deny that. That is the reason they are banned so much - it's not to inconvenience you, it's to prevent people just creating stuff for free.

LV means Low Voltage, MV means Medium Voltage etc., but I think the generators just use the abbreviations. I think Luke missed the whole convert to Buildcraft power part, and just thought you were going from one IC2 storage block, such as your MFSU, to another.

You need to use a pneumatic generator to convert from Buildcraft to IC2 power. Energy links only work one way. It might not be Pneumatic generator in Classic, actually. Try LV/MV/HV generators.

That looks quite awesome. Recolouring it, and perhaps a golden glow around it could make it high essence. I'd try making it myself, but I'm on an iPad with nothing to draw on it, and not exactly artistically talented...

You have terrible modding skills, and terrible mod ideas to match. You are laughed out of the entire Minecraft community, and every other modding community in existance, after your fifth badly coded "cobble to emeralds" mod which crashes on startup is released. I wish for sparkles.

Nope. The Tekkit Classic server uses ForgeBukkit, which requires Bukkit ports of any mods added to the server. If there's no port for Minecraft 1.2.5, you won't be able to add it to Tekkit Classic - or at least not on multiplayer.

Perhaps you should model super villains off forum members. That would be awesome! Making them only appear after an MPS was crafted would probably be a good idea. Or perhaps you could base their spawning on other stats, perhaps based on the amount of villains already defeated?

Now that's sorted, you need to change the IDs of Factorisation. You can find them in the config. I reccommend something between 2000 and 3000, make sure every one is different. If you want to run it on a server, you'll need the Bukkit port, which can be found on mcportcentral if it exists(which it probably does).

It's possible. It's generating it's own ores, and they look pretty awesome, but the uranium does seem to be UE.
