You should try Mother 3, the sequel to Earthbound. It was only released in Japan, but there's an unofficial English patch available. Even though it's fan-made, it's indistinguishable from a professional translation. Trust me, the translation is perfectly done, and the game is loads of fun. I bought a special card for my Nintendo DS with integrated hardware to emulate GBA games, just for this game. It's really that great, and might be what you're looking for.

Have you tried using a pickaxe? Or maybe an OmniWrench right-click? In any case, you won't see cracks in the blocks when you start mining them, but they should eventually break.

You're missing out. If you're not a great programmer, there's a lot of pre-loaded commands like excavate. It basically turns Mining Turtles into Quarries and even auto-deposits into chests.

Is there any way to change how much MJ the Powersuits cost to recharge? The cost is stupidly high at the moment, I need 2 full Redstone Energy Cells to half-recharge my suit. The built-in solar panel upgrade is actually more effective than 5 Magmatic Engines.

Problem with solar panels in every mod is that they don't require any extra effort once set up. And if you make them weak, then people are just going to spam them.

ThaumCraft 2 taint was bad enough. Dunno if ThaumCraft 3 has the same thing, but if it does, you could add it in manually. There are dimensional rifts, though. They spread up to a certain point and will spawn Endermen.

You never know for sure. CJ promptly withdrew his permission to include RailCraft in Tekkit Lite. Worst part is, he's only hurting himself. The only ones who will like him for doing that are the aggressive FTB fanboys and other people who obsess over Technic's permissions.

Nothing. You might get a warning when you load one of your old worlds, but that's due to differing versions.

Like I've said before, even if Tekkit Lite was updated to later versions, it would still be missing at least RP2 because it isn't out yet.
