  1. mm, no they wouldn't. The point of AOBT is to feature new, lesser known, wacky mods. IC2 and Buildcraft have got to be the oldest, most over-used, and most boring mods that could be added. All they would add is a new way to do things that can already be done. Besides, why are you posting this here? GenerikB and BdoubleO are the ones you should be asking.
  2. Have you tried MJs?
  3. Hey this is really cool! Check it out: http://forums.technicpack.net/tracker/project-5-tekkit-lite/
  4. Please read the forum rules before posting and learn the difference between mods and modpacks. Thanks.
  5. It's good to allocate more than 1GB, as a matter of fact you need to. 2 or 3 is enough though. Java 7 isn't specific enough. Java 7 Update... which?
  6. Nobody knows.
  7. I think a simple post would be sufficient, or maybe a poll. (I think we can do those now, right?) As it stands you look like you're just trying to farm likes.
  8. Are you really asking for 100 likes on this post?
  9. We can't help you if you can't communicate intelligibly. What on earth does "sos banned" mean?
  10. You probably have file extensions turned off. It'll still work.
  11. You can disable automatic morphing in the morph mod configuration files. You can also switch between yourself and any of the mobs you have killed with the bracket keys.
  12. Its OK. We're all entitled to our own opinions, no matter how wrong they may be. ;)
  13. I'm getting the impression that you think Mojang has a responsibility to accomodate mods, and break them intentionally. Mods are great for Minecraft, and I never play without them, but I applaud Mojang for doing what's best for the game, as opposed to an unofficial modification to their game.
  14. In the version control you can choose "Manually select build" and set it to 1.1.10.
  15. You could probably add it yourself. I'll bet it's easy.
  16. Then you are out of luck.
  17. 1. Mojang has no obligation to keep mods working. 2. Hmm... let's see what has been added to mine craft in the last few versions: a. A completely revamped world generator. b. Shaders support c. Completely revamped redstone and new redstone devices. d. Huge improvements to rendering e. Hundreds of fixed bugs and much more. 3. Recent updates have been somewhat underwhelming because the game is being entirely recoded. Onec its finished Minecraft will be modular and extendible, allowing work to resume on the Workbench API.
  18. You will never be able to keep a world forever. Play your old map on 1.1.10 until you are ready to move on, then start a new world.
  19. Steam engines are called steam dynamos now. Waterproof pipes are now fluid pipes, although you will want to look into fluiducts as they are a significant upgrade.
  20. Back before the platform, everyone had to play Tekkit. There wasn't any choice because it was so hard to make sure everyone had the same versions of mods and the same configs. Now, people can play exactly what they want with their friends/internet strangers, and that's a good thing. One size doesn't fit all.
  21. Its not so bad to start a new world. Its better then modders not adding any new content, right? It really would be a good idea to start a new world, though, because when converted to TE3 1.5 redstone energy cells turn into creative mode cells which give unlimited power.
  22. *Looks around nervously* Just report and move on. *ducks into dark alley*
  23. This is a forum, not your stream of conciousness. Post once at a time please.
  24. I think what discontented is trying to say is EVER HEARD OF GOOGLE?!?
