  1. I don't understand why you went claiming you had to pay10x as much as anyone else for minecraft without actually checking.
  2. https://minecraft.net/store/minecraft You're claiming that page right there is telling you to pay $300USD/2400د.م. for minecraft? When everyone else in the world pays 1/10th that? Exchange rates say minecraft should be around 240د.م. for you, not 2400. 240 is exactly in line with the ~$30USD everyone else pays.
  3. The launcher uses your legitimate minecraft account to log into the mojang servers and download a clean copy of minecraft to apply the mods to. It cannot get those game files without an account to use and hosting the files to bypass that is illegal. According to google your local currency is exchanged at 8MAD per USD, so unless you're claiming the mojang store is trying to charge you 2400د.م. then you're paying about the same economic worth as anyone else.
  4. I have read this and I can guarantee you there is definitely maybe possibly a one in four chance, theoretically, that the relevant parties remember yogbox exists. Yes, I am unquestionably up to 17% sure of this fact.
  5. Many cheaters and all pirates use a modified version of the client anyway. So like almost all DRM it just targets legitimate users and imparts an extra way the program can glitch and fail. Besides, checking filenames or hash signatures would be worthless as those can be changed in with no effort. So you'd have to lock down the base game directly, which would simultaneously not work (see pirates) and deny all mods. Only effective measure against cheaters is behavioral matching and vigilance. Like if someone mines up a stack of diamonds in their first half hour you can safely assume they're using an x-ray.
  6. I cou;dn't think of a better spot to move it to, and it's better here than where he first stuck it.
  7. The magnetic fields would fry circuitry, that's why we need optical.
  8. Need to get optical circuitry working so a multi-stage coilgun can be a viable launch mechanism.
  9. Even if you had a legitimate grievance against this server you cannot expect anyone to take you seriously with a rambling post like that. Don't sign your posts.
  10. Initial reaction: Cool, 1.7 updates are possible now. After reading a bit: Digitally signing every mod? Oh yeah, that's entirely to do with preventing malware infested counterfeit mods and nothing to do with enforcing modder will on the greedy evil mortals who dare do such things as make patched versions or the ultimate sin of modding someone else's mod... Reading even more: Either lex uses IE or he ignores those squiggly underscores on purpose when posting.
  11. If you can't make money, what incentive is there to mod? If you can't answer that, then you need to stop. Unless an admin says otherwise, curseforge is ok. Adfly and the like are not. At the very least those monetization services have turned the minecraft modding scene into a shithole and laughing stock of other modding communities. I mean seriously, have you ever seen a skyrim modder make claim to the right to take over your computer to make sure you didn't get the mod through unapproved channels? The fact they serve more deceptive ads and drive-by-download malware than the foxnews, msnbc, and cnn homepages combine is just another nail in the coffin.
  12. It acts as a player break event so it can set off nether ores. Which makes it even more awesome! Max size X/Y/Z with max speed upgrades set to get all ores makes the nether sound like a war zone.
  13. Start minecraft from the mojang webpage, preferably on a computer you haven't played on. It is entirely possible you paid money for a cracked game installer. Also find your receipt, if this is a case of mojang forgetting your purchase then you need proof to show them. Though as melfice said, this has nothing to do with technic.
  14. Custom modpack, we don't support them. Click the discussion tab in that link and bug the guy who put it together.
  15. What modpack?
  16. Ok, how about "You Are In The Wrong Place For This", is that any better?

  18. I see it under everyone but mods and admins. Just a nice little reminder it seems.
  19. Top right->your name drop down->"My settings"->"Notification Options"
  20. Darker and edgier, it's Technic Forums 3: Technic Harder! About the signatures, is there any way I can automate something like what the mcforums kids do for their +1diamonds!!!1! likes? A display of all the -1stopmakingmefollowtherules!!!1! and -1youcan'tpunishmemymommysaysI'mthebest!!!1! tears of suffering I cause?
  21. I hate building, testing, and balancing a drone controlled crew ferry to get kerbals and some life support supplies up to my space station just to find out I forgot to fill the crew can. Again. On the plus side the extra trips up have provided a bunch of spare fuel and a lot of extra tonnage for the rocketpart recycler. Built a science lab out of the last ship.
  22. Your first of many kills. In other news, I just tossed those huge part mods into my install and I am about to start the game up. This should be interesting.
  23. The next couple KSP updates look really nice. With .24 is finishing career mode and .25 (hopefully) adding multiplayer, KSP is going to be a lot more fun. Till then, I'mma work on my off planet vessel creation/fueling rigs and learn to make plugins. If they don't add KSC resource inventory then I could probably make it myself.
