How many people make their own skins?

Personally, I do, using an IPod touch app, but how many of you guys take the time to personalise your character, instead of sticking with the top downloaded one that looks ok, but doesnt suit you. Anyway, heres mine.

I usually don't play SMP or record, so I haven't made my own, but I have only really used two skins and those were Link from The Legends of Zelda and Connor from AC3.

That's what you consider "not good"? Drop the false modesty XD That's better than 90% of what you find in most skin hubs, and 100% better than anything I could make.

I would highly recommend skindex. No software needed, it has an option to blend and randomize pixels.

I make all my skins on paint. I have my face in all my skins. If I want a new skin, I either edit a suit I have, or get one off the internet, stick my head on it, and remove the shading. (I do this because shading clashes with my simple, unshaded face and it looks obvious what I have done otherwise.) Here is my current skin I think: http://mcss.me/Dentcat
