    Mods dont support 64bit unless they are specifically programmed for it

    It means that your server and your own configs are out of sync, this could be due to using the wrong version of the pack/server

    The issue here is that you are using a VPS, resources are shared across clients so you will never be guranteed CPU time (also hertz =/= preformance)

    Google "view file extentions" and .sh is for unix like OS's.. (not windows)
