Plow, I think that the transparent module and custom color module are now handled by the MPS appearance interface, default key 'l'. You can tweak which pieces of armor are visible and adjust their color and other appearance. I'll get around to updating the wiki on that... Eventually.

Deutsch bag? I am not ze German, ya? Try not to take yourself so seriously and if you are going to insult someone, take a couple extra seconds and spell the insult correctly. The word you are looking for is douche, as in "don't be such a douche nozzle, SwagStep".

Try putting the stone in the middle space and the tin to the right. I wasn't able to craft the deco block the way you demonstrated either, but if you follow the recipe shown in the NEI it works.

That blaze rod craft was removed from 1.1.x, don't count on it for the next release.

Is it too late to sneak *brofist* into the Tekkit change log for 1.1.5?
-
Unless it's a Tekkit 1.1.0-1.1.5 server, as Minecraft core has been updated in these versions. OP: If you know the server admin, contact them and ask which build of Tekkit they are using. A new version is being tested at the moment, and there are several different builds. The only build available in the launcher (at the moment) are "1.0.2", "1.0.3", "1.0.5", "1.0.6 - Recommended" and "1.1.5 - Latest". Over the past week the launcher has seen 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, and 1.1.4, so the server admin could have installed any of of these builds.

Don't need max speed, I've been running 4 prechargers on a single drill for a week and have about 2500 diamonds (after sending diamond ore to a block smasher and nether diamond ore to a pulverizer).

You are my hero.

Sho' nuff! You win 1 million Tekkit dollars.

Would it be faster to figure out how to install world edit, or to setup the system in creative? One two three race! :)

1. Wheat seems to produce a ton of seeds, plus the wheat can go to breeding cows for fertilizer, slaughtering for pink slime and liquid meat or grinding for mob essence. 2. Either the pumpkin or the melon. Probably the melon, since it yields more seeds. No need to replant is a huge win, sending all seeds to the reactor. 3. I don't do trees, too laggy. I suspect the spruce ones are best though. 4. Not sure how to answer that, question seems kinda like 2. 5. Pumpkin, Melon, wheat and carrot. I can't seem to produce enough potatoes to keep up with those others. I do have a biofuel tank from sea level to bedrock completely full, with 30 or so generators filling my power grid. STILL isn't enough to keep up with my MFR Laser Drill. :)

Little moon buggy! In the sand. A little blue moon buggy! In my hand... Bwaa, ba da ba ba baahh! Ba da ba ba bah! Ba da buh ba dah! 1 million Tekkit dollars to anyone who gets the reference. I suspect the OP is too young.

Or just single player creative, quarries.
-
This sort of thing is could be figured out pretty easily by setting up a quarry with the dimensions of one chunk, then store all of the blocks from that chunk in a chest (maybe even an ME one, so it all fits). Repeat the experiment several times, then average the chests to find your answer.

BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID. All joking aside, it depends on your situation. If you can setup a server and client to test some things without pissing off a bunch of users who rely on that server, more power to you. Otherwise, if you are looking for stability and can't afford uncertainty, I'd wait until the recommended build. But that's just me, I'm not on the Dev Team, just another tester. Grain of salt get!
-
I can confirm that for a brief time, the 1.1.0 build had the wrong version of minecraft_server.jar. However as CanVox said, 1.1.0 was never intended to be tested as 1.1.1 and now 1.1.2 are, so there's that.

What is LP?

The TE Multimeter doesn't seem to work on Redstone Energy Conduits or Liquiducts anymore, but I can still read energy use on active machines.

Opening my inventory is causing my client to crash, hard. I've reset the modpack from the launcher, and also deleted the entire tekkitmain directory. No dice. Plays fine, until I try to open my inventory. I'm running OS X 10.8.4 with Java build 1.6.0_45. [Edit 1: I should say too that I get no crash report, just white screen, then the window disappears. No crash reports folder in ../tekkitmain either.] [Edit 2: Upon more testing, doesn't seem to be inventory related, I get the same behavior just running around. It becomes slow to respond, then unresponsive, then freezes. Server logs register the client disconnects for a generic reason, then eventually the client application just closes itself.] [Edit 3: Problem solved. I increased the RAM allocation in the launcher from 1GB to 1.5GB, and checked the 'permgen' box. What exactly does that permgen setting do?]

BioFuel seems to be the popular choice at the moment. http://wiki.technicpack.net/BioFuel_Generator Magmatic Engines are also nice, look for lava lakes in the Nether and Liquid Tesseract lava to feed them. http://wiki.technicpack.net/Magmatic_Engine I'd say at least 4 BioFuel Generators, and maybe 10-12 Magmatics. Not sure of the draw the Oxygen Collector needs.

Is there any appropriate place to discuss the Tekkit Dev Builds?
Dash16 replied to KiwiUSA's topic in Tekkit Discussion
Guh, more new content for the wiki! /me rolls up his sleeves Time to get started, then. Side note: The new version of MFR owns me, Laser Drill + Block Smasher FTW. Almost feels like cheating. -
I asked this a while back, and King Lemming mentioned that you need two redstone energy conduits between them; one to output and one to input. I'll see if I can find my thread. [Edit: Found it: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/redstone-energy.44615/
