It is a Considering Voltz is a 1.5.2 modpack, they dropped support for it, as people have moved on to 1.6.4, 1.7.10 and 1.8 modpacks.

Installing your pack again, I get empty folders + an "Ultimate HQM" folder containing the necessary files. Not that strange it doesn't work. Your modpack is located in a subfolder, put it in the top folder (now -> .zip/subfolder/files |necessary -> .zip/files).

*Hint* Remove all the crap from your pack (I don't want to download 4 of your "new world" saves, nor your options, nor your logs). You only need the bin folder, the mods folder, the config folder, your hats folder and your shaderpacks folder. Remove all the other folders. Your issue happens because you forgot to include the bin folder. Add it to your pack. It should only contain the forge.jar renamed to "modpack".

I'm very surprised it even launched for you. -Xmx512M You likely have a java environment variable, as you also have -Xmx2048m in your java arguments. Try this file, restart your launcher, try playing again. And are you running minecraft.exe on your GTX 960m or on your integrated graphics card (usually Intel HD Graphics)? You can check by opening the NVidea configuration screen (rightclick an empty spot on your desktop, should be in said menu), then going to 3D-configuration (or similar), then selecting minecraft.exe.

Yeah, one minor thing: Welcome to Windows10. You can still "circumvent" the crash by downgrading your java to 8u25, but it means you can no longer automatically update your java.

If you were to add a server to your multiplayer screen, you would find the file in your .minecraft folder, or your modpack folder (depends on what you are using, vanilla launcher or technic launcher).

If you mean "preinstalled" as in visible on the Multiplayer menu, add your servers.dat file to the modpack. Just make sure it only contains your server, not your favorite 20 other servers (if you get what I mean).

Please upload the said logs to either www.pastebin.com (or paste.ubuntu.com if pastebin throws an file limit error) You can find the logs in %AppData%\Roaming\.technic\logs. I need the latest logs with said error.

Update your graphics driver or downgrade to Java8u25.
