Please add these to the list of requests.

1/ Turn Galacticraft Oil generation off. This gets really annoying when running a quarry and causes un-mined pillars below the oil. Also, when it flows, it turns into water that does not need blocks below it to create more source blocks.

2/ Turn on Uranium ore generation in Atomic Science. This has been something we have had to do manually since 1.1.10. As Big Reactors can also use uranium in its recopies, this is more important than ever to be made the default. Ignore due to 1.2.3.

"Removal of Atomic Science mod" Aaw... but that was one of my favorite mods... Painfully broken... but still one of my favorites. Oh no... just means I'd have to add it back in myself... and deal with all the problems that come with it. ;)

Do we have any kind of non-reactor based steam generation in Tekkit now? To take advantage of the TE3 steam engines ability to use steam that is pumped into it, and in a very efficient way.

Also it can be a source of lag when it coincides with caves and revines. More so then BC oil for some reason.

AFAIK, the steam engine from TE3 accept water and solid fuel(wood, coal, etc) and generate RF. It doesn't necessarily accept steam as an input. Unless I misunderstood your sentences.

Tekkit 1.2.3 beta will be going up shortly. This should be the last feature-changing release, a quick refresh of mod versions will follow soon after.

The major changes for this update are:

Removal of Atomic Science <- This is on hold pending updates

Removal of ObsidiPlates (CarpentersBlocks covers this functionality)

MPS Thermal Expansion recipes SHOULD be fixed, they look and work fine in testing.

But it does. You can pipe steam into it instead of fuel and water.

I don't know, if it was posted before or is already fixed, but in Tekkit Version 1.2.2 i have some crashes related to Particle Accelerators. The first i build just crashed the game after the particle finished 1 round. I could not open the world anymore. The next one in a new world crashed the game when i turned it on. It was filled with 64 cobblestone and hat energy. The third was built like the second, but i did not give im energy and cobblestone. No crash.

Now i built a much bigger (size 45 at the cheat tool from atomic science) and it works fine without crashes since ~10 minutes.

can't reproduce the crash.

Is there any reason why the Atomic Science mod gets kicked out? In my opinion it woud be better to add all UE API Mods so we have the full package...grgrgr i remember the good old IC2 times with reactors that can make boom <3 tekkit is getting a bit boring when u take all the cool stuff out.

I have noticed 2 bugs running 1.2.2

1. After a while NEI when searching by 3 letters everything goes blank. I can type re and see everything with re but if I type in red everything is blank.

2. Invar Axe does not work with Teecapitator just chops 1 block of the tree.

As dwwojcik said: you can pipe steam into it instead of burning solid fuels. It acts as both a solid fuel fired dynamo, AND a steam fueled dynamo. They did a real nice job making all the dynamo's more versatile. :)

I updated Atomic Science in Tekkit 1.2.2 to the current release (with dependency mods) and everything works fine now! No "right-click-crashes"... for now everything seems all right for me.

I was so excited when i saw your solution,got to work on fixing it right away, however upon installing all of the mentioned versions of the 4 mods, my client crashes with id conflicts, this is what the id conflict log states

I must've missed that. I don't think it matters though, since the only thing that can produce steam that I know of is only RC's steam boiler and AS' reactor. But then again, I might be wrong.

1. Thin Wire (from OpenPeripheral) is still uncraftable --> almost nothing from OpenPeripheral is craftable.

2. Minium stone still doesn't work

Please add these to the list of requests.

1/ Turn Galacticraft Oil generation off. This gets really annoying when running a quarry and causes un-mined pillars below the oil. Also, when it flows, it turns into water that does not need blocks below it to create more source blocks.

You can turn it off in the config...

Quality of Life config requests are valid requests too. Search the Tekkit forums for uranium ore generation, quite a few threads pop up. Both Galacticraft oil and uranium are things that we can change in the config but would be very nice if Tekkit already came with these options updated for us.

2/ Turn on Uranium ore generation in Atomic Science. This has been something we have had to do manually since 1.1.10. As Big Reactors can also use uranium in its recopies, this is more important than ever to be made the default. Ignore due to 1.2.3.

I'm running 1.2.4 on my server, connecting with the 1.2.4 client build, getting the following error on the client.

Forge Mod Loader has found ID mismatches

Complete details are in the log file

 

ID 2452 from Mod EE3 is missing

ID 2453 from Mod EE3 is missing

ID 2454 is mismatched between world and game

ID 2455 is mismatched between world and game

 

You cannot connect to this server

Build 1.2.4 was a clean install on my server.

Skuli, to enable uranite ore generation u HAVE to change the uranite ID from ... I think 930 to 1402 in two cofh config files!

This will enable it... Nothing else worked for me.

Small request - Make the sludge and sewage pools less common. I changed this in my configs myself. I think they are too abundant with the regular config really.
